Do you affirm that the U.S. Constitution and Pennsylvania Constitution are the supreme law of the land and must be upheld by your office?

Section 3: Second Amendment & Sanctuary Policies

Do you support Constitutional Carry and oppose red flag laws, gun registries, and federal disarmament orders?

Would you designate your county a Second Amendment Sanctuary if legally permissible?

Will you refuse to enforce any gun control law or executive order that you believe violates the Second Amendment or Article I, Section 21 of the PA Constitution?
