Do you believe that the rights of the individual take precedence over the convenience of government?

Will you work to protect private property rights from excessive zoning, code enforcement, and eminent domain abuse?

Do you oppose borough partnerships with organizations promoting regionalization, smart growth, or Agenda 2030-aligned planning that reduce local sovereignty?

Should homeowners and small businesses be free to operate without excessive permits, inspections, or local red tape?

Would you support ending or limiting the use of code enforcement fines that disproportionately punish low-income or working-class residents?

Section 3: Transparency, Accountability & Speaking Out

Will you support full transparency of borough budgets, contracts, and meeting minutes, with all records publicly accessible online?

Do you believe it is your duty to speak out publicly when state or federal mandates infringe on borough residents’ liberties?
